Imagine a group of 13 year mean girls running a company. That is what the "leadership" team looks like at Nutrafol. They tell you are great at your job to your face, they sing your praises to you. Then talk badly about you behind your back. And when you disagree with how they want to handle something, they decide to just get rid of you. They have the emotional intelligence of a gnat. Stay far away.

The CEO is a clown and will tell you how amazing and wonderful you are, but he really doesn’t care about your your well-being. Everyone just tells him what he wants to hear, but he does nothing but escape to the Hamptons while you slave away for more than 40 hours a week. HR doesn’t care about your feelings. All of the negative reviews are 100% correct. You will be happy here for a period of time until stress and depression sets in. You will be overworked. You will want to quit. You will not receive performance reviews or raises for all of your hard work. You will look forward to Friday every day that you work here. You will not be happy. Most team leads are jokes. The turnover rate is frighteningly high. There is no job security, there is no advancement here. Health insurance is expensive. If you are not cool with the company faves, you are a nobody. If you brown nose and sell your soul, maybe you’ll be appreciated. Most likely not, but maybe.
