Roseville office was a terrible place to work

Some of your coworkers are fun

Cons

- Management had no real training or understanding on how to lead it seemed - Case load and expectations were ridiculous - HR was rude and condescending - Managers supported their friends and allowed them to slack off and those of us who were actually trying to do our work had to pick up their slack - I was never given a raise even after consistently performing at a higher level than my team (and having higher education and more experience) - They value the dollars in their pockets more than their employees or their clients
