Working at Nyman Turkish has been an incredibly rewarding experience, where everything revolves around caring for people. The commitment to putting in 1000% into each individual who reaches out to share their story and seek help is truly inspiring. I find it difficult to articulate just how valued I feel as an employee in this firm. When I made the significant decision to leave my previous employer of 16 years for Nyman Turkish, I was cautioned by the old saying, "The grass isn't greener on the other side." However, my experience here has proven to be the complete opposite. It feels more like the saying, "There’s No Place Like Home." Nyman Turkish is undoubtedly the Google of the law practice industry—it's the best place to work. The firm exemplifies selflessness; they genuinely care for both their clients and their employees. It truly is the heart of this industry. I couldn’t be happier or more confident in my decision to work for Nyman Turkish. This is where I belong, and I am proud to be part of such an exceptional team.

Decent pay but terrible company to work for

Oh boy where do I start. Imagine working for a company that does not care about you as an employee and is always working against you. This is Nyman Turkish. - In hurricanes there is no assistance whatsoever you have to “makeup” every single hour you didn’t work. Also, we had to work with NO AC AND NO ELEVATORS. - Their “bonus” system changes everytime we do good and actually hit the bonus goals to make it harder - There is a clear bias towards the California branch since they get treated way better and are offered outings/lunches. For example, my branch (florida) was asked what kind of food everyone would like for a special event and when everyone chose a nice Italian restaurant they just got olive garden even though no one voted it. - Prepare to get harassed constantly by upper management to work more even though you do. - They keep changing the schedules, went from 4 10 hour days which is what we had for a couple years to 5 days a week from 10 to 6:30 which is way worse than the normal 9 to 5.
