Nearly everything. They don’t pay you a living wage. During the hiring process they give you the impression that there are many opportunities for bonuses. This is a lie, as you may get one $5 bonus every other month....if you’re lucky. Another “bonus” is an unachievable goal that you will never come close to because there is not enough work to do. PTO and paid holidays are very little. They think giving someone 7 hours PTO per month instead of a full 8 hour day makes sense. The communication here is awful. Your valid complaints and grievances will be ignored and you will soon realize that to the bosses, you are not a human being. You are a way to make more money.

The job can get very boring and there is no challenge in the work place especially if you are on the call team. Call center environment and there is no room for growth unless the firm expands. Call team your day depends on whether people pick up the phone. Benefits are mediocre, no 401k or paid family leave options. Not a lot of holidays, you most likely will work Christmas Eve. The pay is decent but going to work the days drag on and time goes by very slow at this job.
