Pros

Good work environment, friendly staff and managing partners are great people to work for. Hard workers are rewarded well. Show up ready to work and you’ll be happy. More of an entry level career opportunity, but the perfect starting point for a career in public service or the legal field.

Cons

PTO could be better, some days are more stressful than others and that comes from the top-down. Not many promotional opportunities.

Nice work environment overall. All of the staff is friendly and welcoming. The health/dental benefits are pretty good and affordable.

Cons

Not very much room for growth in the company, pay could be more competitive and PTO could be better.
