Pros

Most everyone is friendly and willing to help. Stable job field that will always have a need and is thriving based on growth.

Cons

Compensation for the workload is below average and are only willing to give the minimum percentage increase each year on evaluations, even if you've always been a Box 4 team member.

Denied vacation pay when I left for a better job.

They have training if you take advantage of it.

Cons

I was denied my vacation pay when I had to leave suddenly for a much better job. I was only able to give 3 days notice, but heck, I was a lowly delivery driver. Not a difficult position to replace. After multiple verbal requests and a written request there is still no pay. I was told that was corporate policy. My suggestion is that if you are leaving you first use all your vacation time, get your check and cash it, then tell them you are leaving. This act of stupidity has already cost them much more than my vacation pay in lost business.
