Autonomy, flexibility, recognition, opportunity for growth and career advancement! Willing to develop their people through incredible internal programs and sessions. I received a promotion after just 9 months! Opportunity to work on a variety of brands (if available). Unbelievable company culture that supports work life balance and personal goals. Fun office environment.

Cons

Open office environment can be somewhat distracting but also creates a very social atmosphere.
