Pros

-5 weeks of time off after working 1 year -if you take a course/get certified on something related to your role, you can get a portion of it expensed -most roles in tech are hybrid

Cons

-mass layoffs earlier this year which was awful for those who got let go, and stressful for those who were saved -there have been tons of recent changes which means a lot of people are being pushed to do more with less -lots of "learning" aka doing things outside your role because they don't want to promote people

Pros

Completely remote position, excellent training that went above and beyond what was needed for my position, management who genuinely cares, supportive culture.

Cons

Pay could be better but I'd pick the amazing environment and management over another job that pays more.

Not a great place to work

Pros

Some great people in the company, although many have left or were let go. PTO is good as long as you don’t get called while OOO which I have seen happen.

Cons

PREVIOUSLY was a great place to work. There was good leadership which has since changed. Now it seems leadership can’t make up their minds on what is important which trickles down as stress, pressure, and constantly changing directions. But they’ll ‘storytell’ it well enough to call it a win anyways. There were great colleagues, some of whom left, some were laid off, some are still there and many are very stressed. Loyalty used to be valued, which is still the case but only if you’re liked enough by the right people. Major politics at play. Pay is average to low but the trade off for the culture was worth it - not the case anymore. I’ve experienced and witnessed minimal career development or progression so if that’s a priority for you I don’t recommend o2e. No rrsp contributions. There is a review from January 19, 2024 ‘words of caution’ that I would emphasise as a thorough review to give a full picture of what it’s like to work here - even in 2025.

Do not recommend it

Pros

There is no pros just cons. Poor pay and back to back calls in 8 hour shift My experience at this company was extremely disappointing. Despite the management’s claims of a fun atmosphere and great incentives, the reality was filled with constant pressure and stress. The back-to-back calls and relentless push to meet KPIs created an unbearable work environment. Management lacks effective support and fails to address employee well-being. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a healthy work-life balance.

Cons

Like everything from start to end this company just show how fun place to work but its all lie. DO NOT WORK HERE

Lost Trust

Pros

Sometimes the culture can be fun, they hire for personality so I get along with most colleagues.

Cons

Low pay, cuts benefits, increases in-office days without reason and obviously around certain upper managements schedules, doesn't listen to the employees, convinces us to write good reviews online for extra days off and then acts like they're the best company around without actually listening to our internal feedback. Typical company where money is in some departments and others are left with nothing. Typical environment where praise is given to a select few, and not those behind the scenes doing the hard work. Typical environment where "culture" is more important than work-life balance for the employees. I used to bat for the company, but year over year they do more to show it's about the company and not "all about the people" like they always say online for a better rep. Lay-offs yearly and all these changes that are just for the top are infuriating.
