Noisy building, heat and air doesn’t work, poor leadership

Pay is trash, going rate for someone with 1-3 years is around 75k for other places, but they only gave 55-60k, and when asked for a raise, they'd only give 6k extra which is still waaaay under the going rate outside. Moreover, your job there is to come up with data to please the leadership team, not to validate hypothesis.

They try to please you with “fluff” stuff so you don’t complain. They promise rotating shift times and days but after 2-3 weeks on the floor you’re constantly put on the late afternoon/night shifts. Management doesn’t take staff complaints or issues seriously and it falls on deaf ears. No pay raises. Very high turn over rate.

Low pay. No transparency. Unfair treatment and favoritism of teams within BT. Career advancement opportunities are limited. Or
