Good benefits as far as government contractors go. Health care plan was affordable and comprehensive.

Cons

Difficult to access management, possibly due to their growth rate.

Though we encourage our managers to be are available by various communications methods it can sometimes be a challenge since we are in over 20 states and for several different agencies. Pros

Extremely casual environment, from the staff up to senior management. Low stress overall and can sit on a contract and go through the motions indefinitely. Decent exposure to federal financial management. Work/Life Balance was great for my position.

Cons

Compensation could be a little better but its what I accepted.

Pros

Great local project lead. Good learning environment with wide range of responsibilities. Open to suggestions on bettering the way we managed systems.

Cons

Low bid contract that caused salaries to be in the lower end for the field. Other employees did not have the necessary skills to perform their job functions which created more work for component individuals.

We realize that low bid contracts have resulted in salaries that are not a high as we would like, but we still think we offer competitive salaries in the industry.
