Pros

They really care about both the people that work for them as well as their customers. They allow the right balance of self-governance and management. That way you don't feel like you're being micro-managed and you don't feel like your all by yourself and isolated. Easy to schedule time off and vacations.

Cons

I would like to see the amount of time one can carry over in PTO increased. Currently its a good amount by should be higher. Also, I would like to see the 401K vesting happen on day one instead of later.

Pros

we don't consider only the managers are decision makers, we always are involved, the company listens to what we say, it is a win-win situation.

Cons

The company is trying their best to change modern management.

OBXtek is a good solid company that continues to grow so there are a lot of opportunities

Pros

Management is involved and willing to talk and interact readily.

Cons

Nothing negative so far. Any concerns I've had were all resolved with simple discussions.
