Cons

Terrible management. Allow customers to yell and cuss you out. Toxic work environments. Hostile work environment. No raises or bonuses. No room for growth.

bad leadership, get talked to as if you're a child, cursed at unprofessionally, berated, no help from HR, family owned so no consequences are done to higher ups. if you want to be talked to as if you're a terrible employee, then it's a job for you
