Cons

The newly renovated fourth floor, where developers sit, is an "open floor plan" space with zero privacy and constant distractions (audible and visual). Sitting in that area is beyond miserable and it makes concentration almost impossible.

Very dedicated worker bees fulfilling the true mission of a library cooperative

Cons

Only in hindsight can you realize how bad the management of OCLC performs. They are all very richly compensated and suffer from dunning-kruger effect (look it up bruce crocco) The manager style is kiss up kick down (that's you andy bush)
