Pros

People I work with directly are great. Variety of work. Good benefits. Company is (apparently) doing well financially.

Cons

Pay significantly lower than similar positions at other companies, and raises are minimal as well. Executives preach Diversity but the top 3 levels of the company are almost entirely white. The classic "you've all been doing great working from home" followed by "you're forced to come back to the office". Total lack of upward mobility. Sexual harassments does happen, it turns out "training" people for 30 minutes a year doesn't fix everything.

Pros

Most of the individual contributors are great people.

Cons

Leadership has no leaders. CEO is self promoting directing traffic to his personal websites. Others have shared thoughts on CEO around communications and lack of any caring of company or employees. I concur. IT company ran by business/librarians; very little input and strategy from IT. Condition of IT landscape is horrendous. No good business strategy, lack of prioritization, lack of decisions by leadership.

Non profit, meeting focused, consensus driven environment. EXTREMELY top heavy with executives Lost sight of its mission
