Pros

Flexible work schedules are available. Generous leave policies. Excellent physical working environment and equipment. Generous free-parking. High-tech gym, courts, sauna. Very relaxed dress-code.

Cons

Company is top-heavy with management. Pay-freeze for working staff, but managers still get 70% of their bonus. Fewer staff but increasing workload is putting a burden on employees. Decisions affecting employees, (like telecommuting, flex-time) are not consistant across the organization. Unrealistic Project deadlines are set at a high management level without knowing actual effort involved. A once superior training policy is almost non-existent.

Pros

Great customers/members, intelligent coworkers, great mission, stable financials, impressive access to information to generate new products and work with partners, great opportunity to work in collaborative community projects

Cons

Slowing down and internally focused. Senior management is only focused on rigid planning around existing declining products. Decision authority has been reduced to one or two individuals who have little successful industry experience.

Pros

I love the opportunities afforded to me to expand into different roles. I've had 3 completely different jobs throughout my employment and I look forward to being able to move into other areas as well. I feel like I am able to direct my job into being what I want it to be.

Cons

If you're good, you're busy. This is a company that doesn't understand that there is a limit to the amount of responsibility one person can handle. I could do only half the things I'm doing and still struggle to do a good job at each. Sometimes it can feel like there is so much on your shoulders that you're failing at everything.
