I can’t think of any.

Cons

They are not fans of informed people who think for themselves. They want “yes” men who don’t ask questions or volunteer feedback. When things go wrong management will only look to shift blame and make others the problem.

Remote work, that's about it.

Cons

Very poorly run by top executives, including CEO. Not a trustworthy group of people and they care nothing about tenured employees or promoting from within. Very unorganized and there's clearly favoritism.
