      Wonderful Company To Work For

      Pros

      OI Infusion is a great environment to work within. They are fully remote, work through Microsoft Teams and stays connected with all members of their organization. They have an "Open Door" mentality and call their Company Meetings, "Town Halls."

      Cons

      Even though you are fully able to connect through Teams, you do lose the "In Office Connections" when you are fully remote.

      Pros

      Teamwork mentality across the ENTIRE organization. Everyone is so supportive and willing to help when needed, to include senior leadership. The culture of the organization is very much family oriented, POSITIVE and overall just a wonderful company. What I love most is that the organization always looks to improve with lots of collaboration taking place. Can’t wait to see what the future holds!

      None really. Anytime an issue is brought up, solutions are found.
