Pros
I love working for OI-Infusion because everyone is always willing to help! We all work together for the benefit for our patients and it really shows. As an infusion nurse, I have autonomy to care for my patients and schedule them as needed, while knowing I always have a team there if I need them!!
Cons
I can honestly say, at this point I have found no downsides to working for OI!!

Pros
Flexible hours, great leadership, supportive CEO, feel connected even though everyone works relatively independently. They truly value their employees and appreciate the nurses which is hard to find in many healthcare facilities
Cons
working alone can get a bit boring at times
