Pros

-One of few growing businesses in a failing economy -Coworkers are generally nice

Cons

-Employee benefits are just not what they should be in this industry. Most employees work long hours with no incentives and a bare minimum 2 weeks vacation package. It is standard in SF to have at least three weeks. You do not even earn more vacation time after being there longer. Rarely are there catered meals and they tend to be skimpy. -Departments work against, not with each other. Lots of disorganization and 5 meetings to resolve one easy task. -Structure is pretty flat. There are not many internal promotions or places to go. -Long, long hours.

product some good people who actually do care compensation is good for some

Cons

complete lack of efficiency deplorable communication between departments and from management high expectations, very little appreciation; good work is rewarded with more work hierarchical and political posting fake reviews to drive up their rating because reputation is poor in the market
