Cons

incapable management- Sales Team doesn't not fit with the bay area corporate culture high turnover unattainable quotas compensation package built to try to not pay sales people as much as possible packages for the year not given until May- tracking progress to see bump the numbers

Nice people, smart engineer. My Manager is very nice, very smart. Projects are very interested. Can work from home if need.

Cons

The ticket system is not very effective. There are too many meetings. We need a uniform instant message to communicate with each other.
