      Pros

      Great coworkers-smart people that all band together because of intimidating management. Cool products, that are in demand. Customers want to meet with you.

      Cons

      If you produce, you are promoted, whether you have the people management skills or not. Managers lack experience outside of ON24, and run, sales by threats, fear and intimidation. This allows for some terrible managers to get away with things not tolerated in better run companies. Standing up for oneself, is fatal. Huge inequities in pay. Promises not kept from interview to actual job, regarding account lists, pay, and work environment.

      Pros

      Good people to work with Good product Eye opening experience. You learn what to avoid at workplace.

      Cons

      No training provided. Fast paced enviroment and great pressure to deliver. When you deliver there wont be a "thank you" for the job good done. Working at this place will get you closer to poverty line. They will give false promises at the interviews. Employee turnaround is big becuase most people realize within short period of time they are being taken advantage of. HR does not protect or care about employees. They know the moral level is low but dont care to change it. The only people raving about this place are in sales(see their reviews). They are compasated well enough and have a good product to sell. The result of a job well done are cut hours and lesser compesation. They care more about saving a couple of thousands than about moral level of their employees who work hard.
