      Pros

      - Excellent team environment. However, I think this is a result of the nature of the position and not of anything management has done to create. - Great support team.

      Cons

      - Provided too little flexibility and demanded way too much for what they were willing to compensate. - Back-end system is extremely fragmented so it takes 5 steps to do someting that ideally could be done in one or two steps. Missing one of these steps could result in project failure; it's ultimately your responsibility to understand each of these 'gotchas' within the system although very little training is provided. - Hard work is rewarded with more work - No annual review process - Senior management is very disconnected from the responsibilites of this position

      Pros

      Good people, very good compensation package if you're able to hit quota numbers. Interesting products to work on. The company will give you a lot of latitude in how you go about selling, sometimes too much

      Cons

      It was very common to have conflicts between sales people over territories and accounts, and the biggest dog always won. Very little training or feedback. It really felt like the wild west in a lot of ways.

      Pros

      - no office politics - they leave you alone to do your job - they hire well -- you will work with many smart and motivated individuals - you learn very quickly and are given a lot to do - they expect a lot out of you, but also understand you are learning - supportive team and management to provide resources for you

      Cons

      - to summarize: management could care less about you - the better you do - the more work you get! - they do not want to compensate well - management acts as if they are "above" you - they lose great people because they don't know how to treat them well - if you don't ask for it (higher pay, less work) -- you won't get it!
