      Market leader in a fast, growing market. Great products. I love working here.

      Pros

      Great products. Strong Management that has built a very strong and stable company. Most of the senior managers have come thru' the ranks. Very smart people. No policitcs. High energy place.

      Cons

      Training for new employees could be better. With very high growth, different groups may need more attention and management should be aware of that.

      Virtual Events and Environments are an emerging technology with lot's of growth potential.

      Cons

      Average tenure for a new sales person is less than 9 months and the sales quotas are unrealistic. Motivation by intimidation.

      Pros

      product was decent - although the webcasting is overpriced until you realize that the legacy sales team is discounting up to 50% but they never tell you that coming in and see what you can sell at full rate

      Cons

      everything was a downside but the product was ok and fun to sell
