To start, the company has a lot of internal drama that is apparent from the start your first day there. No clear career path. They tend to hire externally and overlook the talent internally. When they do hire internally they completely disregard performance and have favoritism in every aspect. Most if not all VPs were all brought from a different company and completely try to change things to be a numbers game. Do not expect to learn much, work is repetitive and no sense of culture other than occasional lunches to keep the workers happy or feeling like they are working in some type of caring technology company.

Biggest issue for me was that the firm doesn't pay vendors on time or per the agreement. Very frustrating when you've made a deal, gotten the services ordered then spend the next few months avoiding calls because management won't pay. Not an isolated case, actually part of their strategy. After not paying for a few months, they then occasionally try to re-negotiate the deal...really poor practice.
