ESPP, 401k match, PTO, coworkers are generally great

Cons

Since Magellan acquisition the company culture has plummeted. Magellan counterparts do half the work and get paid twice as much. Management seems to be doing very little to address the discrepancy. Of late, it has become evident to advance you must have an engineering degree. It would seem a 4 year degree means more than specific field or life experience.

Cons

Going through some changes with all the recent acquisitions but managing. Hopefully we come out of it the same ONEOK we were when we started.
