Pros
Health Benefits, 401-K plan with 50% contribution up to 6%. Multiple locations.
Cons
Inexperienced managers. Promote those that do the least work. Managers kiss their way up and get promotions for being absent from their department. Lots of favoritism among friends. The employees that actually work are walked on like a door mat. Their opinion is not valued. HR will support weak management. Don't waste your time going to HR with any issue. They are cold mindless robots which are told to back up mgt. No matter what.
