Great Hours. Great people to work with. Challenging and exciting to see it growing

Cons

Benefits are not as good as I expected but they compare to most jobs in this category. Obamacare is to blame for a lot of the benefits packages changing.

Pros

Absolutely loved all the people I worked with. It was very much a supportive, family-like enviornment. There are many opportunities to cross-train with other departments within the credit union and learn others job roles and how they affected you. I very much enjoyed that aspect. Managers were very wonderful and caring. Schedule was flexible as needed as well as requesting time off. There was never a time when I felt that upper management did not care about the company or the employees. On my last day I balled tears to have to be leaving a family I had been with for nearly 3 years.

Cons

It was only slightly disappointing that there were not many opportunities to advance, but that was because people stayed in their positions for so long. I guess that's actually a good thing because there was not a lot of turn over and people were happy in their positions.
