Thank you for your recommendation. Since our establishment as a not-for-profit hospital system last year, much has happened: we began construction on our new patient tower, which is ongoing and is expected to be completed in 2020; our compensation and benefits have improved, and we’re preparing to implement a new enterprise resource planning system and evaluating new electronic medical record systems. We’re proud of the strides we have made over the last year, but change doesn’t happen overnight. At OU Medicine, each step in our growth is carefully planned, as our CEO and senior leadership are heavily invested in success of our organization and want to ensure that each decision made will further promote our mission: to improve the lives of all people, patients and team members included. We believe the future is bright at OU Medicine and we appreciate your patience during this time of growth. We’re glad that you have chosen to be a part of our journey and wish you continued success.

Thank you for your recommendation! We are glad that you feel that OU Medicine is conducive to a healthy lifestyle for you and your family. Since we became a not-for-profit health care organization, we have been working on ensuring competitive compensation with the Oklahoma City market and making adjustments where necessary. Our primary focus is to ensure that our employees are compensated equitably and appropriate to market, and we are continuing to find new ways to increase employee satisfaction, such as the recent upgrade and addition of new benefits for 2019. We are proud of the strides we have made at OU Medicine over the last year, and the future looks even brighter as we aim to become not only the go-to healthcare provider in Oklahoma, but among the best in the nation. It’s a great time to be a part of our team and we are glad you continue to choose to be a part of our journey.
