Pros

None I can think of

Cons

Upper management does not care about employees at all. You are disposable and they make sure you know that. I was fired without a warning just four days after I was publicly praised by management in front of the entire region for doing great work and having a positive attitude. I was not given a reason for being let go. I began looking for a new job one month after I started because I was so unhappy. They only pretend to be transparent when they really are not at all. Work is an extremely toxic environment and there is barely one person I've met at the company who is completely happy with the job. The business model is basically a scam and they only PRETEND to care about their patients. Their motto is quality over quantity but the whole company is super metrics driven, even with the medical providers! They have numbers they have to meet and quotas to fill and they take those very seriously. the upper level management is just completely money driven and that's all. They don't see people, they see dollar signs. They are unprofessional and this is an all round a bad place to work. Please do not take this job unless you want to be unhappy from day 1.

Pros

Compensation is better than most places.

Cons

Nurse practitioners were constantly disrespected by nurses, doctors, and management. Treated as if NPs could not handle the work of a physician, but was given the same workload and less help. Nps were actually efficient because the can pull off the same work with less help. No teamwork and everyone is lazy, does not want to do their job. No initiative in staff. Worse place I’ve ever worked.
