      Pros

      Wonderful company to work for. My department and supervisors are the best Ive ever had. We can have open discussions on our beliefs and feeling without getting into trouble. Great team work and its always a pleasure to come into work.

      Cons

      The pay is horrible. Annual raises are a joke. It sad that when you estimate that your pay in the next 5 years will only be about 60 cents more than what im paid now. I dont think that the company values their employees enough to pay them what they are worth. But its a wonderful ace to get the experience you need and leave.

      large, forward looking organization. Often on the cutting edge of technology

      Cons

      Lots of nepotism. Only way to get ahead is knowing the right people. Many people are overworked and different teams have different rules which leads to resentment. Lots of bureaucracy and HR department is terrible.

      #1 AWFUL pay, #2 POOR TO NO management, slacking of some staff, expensive benefits, poor leadership from management resulting in continuously hiring inexperienced staff and having to train, as there is poor management, difficult to continue education with low pay
