Pros

The culture that had been created-- One of respect, supportiveness, vibrancy, integrity. The high quality of care that is delivered to every patient! This organization continues to invest in their high performers.

Cons

I have yet to identify a true con to working for the Lafayette General Heath System! I would find it challenging to work elsewhere.

Great nurse to patient ratios for ED care, Level 2 Trauma Program, excellent MD's and mid-levels, and a wonderful Nursing Leadership group.

Pros

Lafayette General truly cares about their employees and has a culture focused on providing the highest, quality care to patients. I take great pride working for LGMC and have developed relationships with staff members across all departments. I always feel supported and know this organization has my best interest at heart. Wonderful place to get healthcare and an equally great place to work!
