Pros
fast paced environment with lots of overtime, and I learned A LOT while i was there.
Cons
Very high staff turnover and poor teamwork overall. I did not have a good experience. There was very little opportunity for advancement and not much training for the position. Our director was rarely available and did not communicate well with the rest of the team. Between the meetings and paperwork I could not spend as much time with patients as I'd like.
