      Lots of talk of change, highly visible CEO. Positive community message.

      Cons

      bad work environment. Lack of team work in all areas. Supervisor's having inappropriate conversations with subordinates, unfair pay practices, favortism, compliance violations. Drinking on the job. Lack of integrity in following policies and procedures appropriately.
