Pros

You'll get out of every day what you put into it. The work is easy enough, and the company goes to the moon and back to make sure you have what you need. The user's are generally very friendly, and as long as you work hard while you're there, management will bend over backwards to be accommodating when you need it.

Cons

As with any job, you'll have bad days. As long as you're willing to roll up your sleeves and tough it out, tomorrow will always be better. Attitude is absolutely everything with this job. The harder you work, the less you'll have to work.
