Pros

1. Job security. Expanding company so VERY low turnover rate for call center (direct hire) 2. Excellent benefits 3. Valued employee 4. Great co-workers (not much favoritism) 5. Snacks! 6. Paid for what you're worth

Cons

1. Bleak results for temp/contract hires 2. Extremely disorganized training 3. Since the company is fairly new and still expanding, they are still trying to figure out what works and what doesn't so you have to be flexible 4. Also with expansion comes a lot of software updates which in turn causes system issues 5. WAY too much gossip around the office. The work/job itself is great but they are working on weeding out some bad apples.

Pros

Not micromanaged. Management really cares about the staff. If you put yourself out there, and are persistent it is easy to move up and around. CEO cares about the staff, knows a lot, if not most, of the employees by name.

Cons

Training is unorganized at times. It can be a bit frustrating.

Pros

good pay, excellent benefits, CEO is generous with bonus's, management is helpful. I have seen a slight turn over in most departments, it seems that the employees who left or were asked to leave didn't really want to work. They ask that you arrive on time, work while on the clock and you wont have a problem. I was always treated fairly and felt that management was always available for questions.

Cons

They could use some better coffee
