Pros

The lower management (team leaders etc) were great and helped you succeed, I always felt I could reach out if I had an issue or problem. The pay was slightly above industry levels.

Cons

The biggest problem was the constant changes to important projects on whatever whim upper management wanted to go in. Month long projects near completion were scrapped for the next trendy idea, when then would be scrapped 2/3'rds of the way through, rinse and repeat. Resources were pulled out of critical teams to start something new and then management would complain about the lack of success. There was very little consistency to development.

Pros

Great co-workers, nice customers, good bonus pay when available.

Cons

Server issues constant, causing users to complain. New executive management started hiring temps from an agency, caused the quality of technicians to go down.
