Pros

The people here are amazing, and always willing to help. As a Junior Developer, I've learned and grown my skills so much. As a small company, my work matters and I'm consistently challenged but not overwhelmed by my tasks. Additionally, my work is diverse-- I have the opportunity to work on the front-end and back-end.

Cons

Huge diversity problem. There are many women working here, but this company is very white. I'm not sure they're doing much to fix the problem... Additionally the work-from-home policy is not very conducive to a global pandemic. Employees can and should be trusted to get their work done away from the office. The turnover rate is high, but the response to that is willful ignorance instead of making an effort to improve. This company could use more organization at the management level for sure.
