Pros

The CEO is a wonderful person who enjoys helping those in need and taking care of the employees that work hard for him. Benefits are great and pay increases are based on how hard you work. I was always paid my worth and felt like a great asset to the company

Cons

There is a high turnover rate because it's a call center and people tend to make excuses to not show up to work. When I had left there were new systems being put in place by new office management and very obvious favoritism to select people who were promoted without cause or given jobs that were not openly available to apply for. There is also a HUGE lack in vacation/sick days and you will be written up for being 1 minute late.
