Office Depot reviews

The customers are horrible they come in they are entitled and spoiled. They complain about this that dont exist and corporate continues to reward them with free product and gift cards.

When I first started here, the company had recently purchased CompuCom. I thought Office Depot was adopting more an IT culture, but unfortunately not. The company has been through many layoffs, and unfortunately most of those left have been there over 15 years. They still think like a brick and mortar retailer and many have not worked anywhere else. While senior leadership is new and has new ideas, many of those in the company still have that old school management style. Lastly benefits are not great at all. While many tech companies and others offer significant vacation and holidays, Office Depot can't even offer a good amount of paid holidays...again still thinking like a retailer.
