      Pros

      Company values it's employees at all levels. Interaction between corporate and field management open and consistent. Goals are fair and attainable.

      Cons

      Negative press regarding pricing with certain large accounts impacts employee morale. Too many priorities can translate into everything is a priority.

      Pros

      I have worked for great managers in my 8 years with the company. They have all given me exceptional direction that insured that I was successful in every position I have progressed through in my career. They are a very forward thinking and making the necessary changes to give our sales force every opportunity to be succesful in their prospective territories.

      Cons

      No current tuition reimbursement program. This is a way to keep good employees at the company by giving them the opportunity to improve their careers through additional education.

      Too much pressure on protection plans and Tech Depot Services

      Pros

      Coworkers are all very nice and get along with each other very well. Store has good air conditioning and the place is kept relatively clean.

      Cons

      Way too much pressure at work. When working as cashier you must ring customers while answering phones that ring constantly while selling protection plans and signing customers up for Worklife Rewards. As a CSS you must do freight, backup registers, carry-outs, sell protection plans, Tech Depot services, bring out furniture, all while trying to make customers happy and getting underpaid for it. Managers will pat you on the back if you manage to sell the overly priced protection plans, but will yell/write you up if you are unable to sell any protection plans.
