now clearcut vision as to where the company needs to be and how to get there. adland and his cccronies are lining their pockets while robbing from their people. Jobs,benefits,payroll,bonus. The company is micromanaged beyond belief. The systems and processes in place are primitive at best. The executive committee strongly believes offering each customer postage stamps at no profit margins will cure all sales woes. Dont forget the goofy mystery shops every month (2 times) and it is announced when they start and whenb they have finished. Talk about smoke and mirrors!
