      Pros

      Company has a good name recognition. It used to be a great place to work, but current management has changed this significantly.

      Cons

      Senior management is out of touch with the reality of the business. No strategies exist to drive future performance. You have to be able to accept criticism and blame for things that aren't things that you have any control over.

      Pros

      Gay Friendly. Nice Weather. Management so-so. Nice people overall. Not a bad company to work for overall. I would recommend to a friend if they get teh right position.

      Cons

      Corporate America BS, typical in todays workplace. Management more interested in covering up mistakes than correcting them. Mindset that of a herd mentality. Organization has gotten too big for its own good. There are a lot of positives there too, a lot of good systems in place. Many good policies and procedures in place, however the implementation of those policies is not always carried out. I would say that is the weak link in the chain.

      * No general company direction or plan, every move the company makes seems to be out of desperation * Stores are expected to maintain sales, customer service and daily tasks while operating on 30% of the payroll they did 2 years ago
