You buy clearance stuff, there really isn't anything else from this company I liked. If you like being over worked then this is for you

Cons

Management sucks, bad pay, make you do more than what you're supposed to do, you work holidays, MANAGEMENT ON YOU 24/7 to sell PPP ( protection plans )

You really get a chance to manage your own accounts and grow fruitful relationships with the customers Co-Workers are really great

Cons

Its a smile and dial type of place No coaching Ethics are out the window The expectations of you are very stressful Worst of all your quarterly bonus gets "adjusted" frequently dropping your numbers by as much as 12 points.

They offer health benefits, and lots of opportunity to gain experience in different areas.

Cons

Be prepared to make less than 30000 a year. Your workload is heavy and hopefully you have a great logistics team to help you if not you will be expected to your job and theirs. The job training is very misleading and does not prepare you for everything you will do. Every manager I came in with has quit after the first year. Ive earned 120 hrs of vacation time and have only been allowed to take half of it and you lose the rest without a payout. The killer......expect a yearly raise of less than .40 cents.
