Pros

Solid growth, good benefits relative to other area employers (especially the $800 in-clinic healthcare allowance), professional work environment. i would only recommend to a friend on two conditions: temporary (1-4 years) employment with benefits, or if you are coming in as a supervisor or higher.

Cons

office politics and behind-the-door conversations run rampant. upward momentum can be difficult, I watched multiple roles that would have been promotions that were "absorbed" by an employee already at that level. raises and pay are generally sub-industry norms. doctors act like gods among men, fueled by both their ego and specialty treatment by administrators, directors and executives.

Pros

I have autonomy and manage my own patients.

Cons

Production-based, so I see a lot of patients.
