Pros

Great place to work if you don’t like ever having a day off.

Cons

Great place to work if you’re a man. No transparency with commissions either. That pay is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you’re going to get.

Pros

Most of the people I worked with were great. Pay was okay, but could have been better. Insurance was also decent, but again could be better when they openly talked about how much money the company was making.

Cons

Management is a club that you can get into if you want to stick around and be treated poorly for a couple years. Management is stuck in their old ways and young employees do not want to stick around for the long haul (which is what the company needs to make it).

Pros

Owner is very well liked, generous, smart, laid-back, respectable, and he goes out of his way to appreciate our efforts and make sure our voices are heard. He knows everyone by name and that says a lot.

Cons

Communication between Senior Managers and employees is lacking. Chain of Command structure is outdated and not working. Accountability is missing overall.
