      Pros

      It is inspiring to work with so many bright people in such a collaborative team. The product is a revolution in the market and being a part of this is awesome. This thing at Okta is that you really are a part of it, not just someone that is pushing a specific pile of papers as a job. There is lots to learn here!

      Cons

      As any rapidly growing company, Okta tries to reinvent processes and procedures in a rapid pace. This leads to change, which some people can handle better than others. The alternative to change is worse, so we go along with it, embrace it. Only work at Okta when you can easily switch gears and your ambition exceeds you capabilities!

      Pros

      Been working here over a year. Good company with a nice ability to pull in the big guns when working with the challenging enterprise clients. Quarterly Sales targets are very aggressive but I do understand why. Overall generally pleased with the people i work with.

      Cons

      Good to avoid pulling in all the new people from the same company, i have seen this happening especially with specific groups. Sometimes when mid and upper management comes in from a previous company you get the negative aspects of that other companies dynamic which can impact those who are below them. Otherwise the hiring and promoting within is pretty good.
