      Pros

      Great relations between employees, open door policy, Excellent pay and benefits. Truly felt like I was treated like a person not another number

      Cons

      As a linehaul driver you may have several hours everyday you're not compensated for, breakdown/delay pay is a joke. Many terminals don't have assigned tractors some of them are rather disgusting especially if you're not a smoker have to drive in a truck that was just chain smoked in for 12 hours with the windows up. Very long work weeks 60-70 hours is the norm for linehaul drivers.

      None.. none.. not a single one.. this place sucks beyond belief.. the management sucks at all levels.. mostly at incompetant lower levels

      This place STINKS STINKS STINKS.... Management is cut throat and incompetant beyond belief... sales staff.. the same if not worse.. odfl is a shining example of why labor unions exist.

      Great pay for minimal skills Fast Paced

      Was basically on call. If they needed me, I'd go in and work. Every day, I had to call to find out if I had a job or not, which is hassle when you have realistic home budget needs to meet. Management lacked integrity as well. They were nice but when regional management came down they put on the horse and pony show at our expense. I remember a specific time when a heavy pallet was stacked on top of a small refrigerator just to fill the trailer to maximum capacity. I specifically expressed my concerns to the manager. Later, the regional manager saw this and management quickly blamed me for the error instead of taking ownership of their own mistake.
