      Pros

      flexible schedules, good benefits and some great managers

      Cons

      I had been with company 7 years with great assignments and management. Last year, after another buyout, assignments not as good. Last assignment after a discrepancy, I received a Special audit and placed below standard. I my first 7 years, my audits were 95 to 97% and all was good. Project manager was a bully and embarrassed me in front of the other leads on a group email. Pay schedules were stagnant for the entirety of my time there. Former employee with no regrets.

      Pros

      Pay is decent and apparently flexible schedule.

      Cons

      - The onboarding process was chaotic with instructions that were unorganized and/or outdated. So many logins/processes to complete that should really be done by IT or Management instead. Why would you have the coder set up their own access to programs? - Management is willing to be dishonest about conversations. Communication is unorganized or contradictory. They make it seem like you're at fault. - Despite the flexible schedule, they expect you to make time on their terms which is unfair and stressful.
