Bad management No bonus

Work from home is the only plus

You never actually get the sign on bonus. It’s not a sign on bonus either. You have to work for months to the end of the contract. It’s broken up with ridiculous rules. Basically if you get sick, are a parent or basically human in any way do not expect it. They lied. Management is the absolute worst!! Unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. Expect zero help and the inability to ask questions. It took months for someone to actually help me with just the timecard. This is an awful company. I’ll add that if you make the mistake of trying to talk to management not only will your questions be dismissed but they will send extra emails being extremely rude. I asked one question and the manager went off on me in an email for a word I used. A word!!! One word she didn’t like.

Our managers are committed to both our clients and employees, we encourage all employees to share their concerns with management or human resources regarding any issues they feel is diminishing their employee experience at Omega Healthcare. Also, our bonus structure is very transparent in its' requirements. At the time of hire, if the position is qualified, the employee is provided with the bonus outline in writing. It is shared with the employee to present the employee the opportunity to ask any questions or request clarifications. After presentation to the employee, the employee is requested to sign the document for agreement and understanding of the requirements in which a bonus is paid out. This process applies to every employee that is part of the program. We thank you for the time you did work for us and wish you all the success in your future endeavors.

Impossible to pass audits

Pros

Recruiter is awesome very friendly. The audits are impossible to pass on 1st try, even for a 6 yrs experienced coder. No hands on training, just worksheets you need to study. One webinar to go through system. Remote work and you have to have your own computers.

Cons

Manager not friendly always mean on email. Auditor has an attitude when you point out things she didn’t notice. Pay ok. Average. Benefits a lot but Cody a lot per paycheck

Cons

Pay. Existing employees got nothing during COVID pandemic, but sign-on bonuses being offered are extravagant. Was there over 2 years with no raise.
