I really enjoy working with this company. Everyone seems to be very friendly and helpful. Also, compliments are given as well. Keep on those nice gift certificate prizes.

Cons

I wish that the company would honor their employees by sending gifts like a cup or t-shirt or something so we could have at least one thing from the company.

bi yearly evaluations and pay increase. decent health insurance but could be better in terms of deductibles and price. good bereavement leave policy

Cons

lack of jobs available. clients moving to Omega's off shore coders. Communication from Home Office is mainly about the off shore employees.
